Mike Rikon Speaks at ALI CLE in Miami, Florida

Goldstein, Rikon, Rikon & Houghton (“GRRH”) have just returned from a legal conference held at the Miami Beach Resort in Miami, Florida. The conference, titled Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Litigation, began January 24, 2013 and concluded on January 26, 2013. GRRH’s Michael Rikon participated in two presentation during the conference: He spoke about “Working with Valuation Witnesses in the Preparation of their Report” and also participated in the Ethics Presentation, touching on, among other things, what a lawyer’s obligations are if a witness is lying on the stand, and the duty to disclose adverse legal authority. The conference was attended by lawyers from all around the nation who devote their work to the practice of condemnation law.
